Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (For Bang Bang sauce)
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce (For Bang Bang sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (For Bang Bang sauce)
- 4 pieces Crispy chicken strips (Air fried)
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon Butter (For toasting burritos)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Air fry the crispy chicken strips until golden and crispy.
- Chop the air-fried chicken strips into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the chopped chicken in the Bang Bang sauce.
- Place the sauced chicken onto a flour tortilla and top with coleslaw mix.
- Roll up the tortilla and place it seam side down in a buttered skillet.
- Toast the burrito in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
