Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slider buns
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, in a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with the coleslaw dressing until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the BBQ sauce until they are well coated.
- To assemble the sliders, place 2-3 BBQ meatballs on each slider bun, top with a generous scoop of the coleslaw mixture, and close with the top half of the bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious BBQ meatball sliders!
