  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, in a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with the coleslaw dressing until evenly coated. Set aside.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the BBQ sauce until they are well coated.
  7. To assemble the sliders, place 2-3 BBQ meatballs on each slider bun, top with a generous scoop of the coleslaw mixture, and close with the top half of the bun.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious BBQ meatball sliders!
