Instructions

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic minced, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well blended.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and mix well.
  5. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and croutons, tossing until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Top the salad with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper before serving.
