Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Caribbean spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, lemon juice, Caribbean spice blend, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. Once the grill or skillet is hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if they have skin) on the grill or skillet.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  6. Remove the salmon from the heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.
