  • 1 pound Ground beef (lean)
  • 8 pieces Lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each noodle.
  4. Sprinkle ground beef and mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.
  5. Roll up each noodle and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
