Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef (lean)
- 8 pieces Lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each noodle.
- Sprinkle ground beef and mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.
- Roll up each noodle and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
