Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stirring quickly to prevent burning, for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry.
  6. Serve immediately, either on its own or with steamed rice or noodles.
