Ingredients

  • 4 oz Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Begin by gathering all of your ingredients. Make sure to have chicken breasts, garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and olive oil ready.
  2. Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the skillet and allow it to heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Step 3: While the oil is heating, season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for flavor.
  4. Step 4: Once the oil is hot, carefully add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  5. Step 5: After the chicken is cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside on a plate to keep warm.
