Crispy Sea Bass Fillets with Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Breaded Sea Bass Fillets
- 1 bunch of Asparagus (about 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Black Pepper
- Lemon Wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus by snapping off the woody ends. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the frozen breaded sea bass fillets on the same baking sheet with the asparagus.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the sea bass fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bass is golden brown and crispy, and the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges for a fresh burst of flavor.
