  • 2 Frozen Breaded Sea Bass Fillets
  • 1 bunch of Asparagus (about 1 pound)

  • Lemon Wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus by snapping off the woody ends. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the frozen breaded sea bass fillets on the same baking sheet with the asparagus.
  5. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the sea bass fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sea bass is golden brown and crispy, and the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges for a fresh burst of flavor.
