Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup
- fresh strawberries, cut into pieces, 1/2 cup
- fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup
- banana, sliced, 1 each
- granola for layering, 1/4 cup
- honey for drizzling, 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Start by selecting your fresh fruits. Wash and prepare them by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Common fruits include strawberries, blueberries, and bananas.
- In a glass or bowl, begin layering your ingredients. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt as the first layer. Greek yogurt or regular yogurt works well.
- Next, add a layer of the cut fruits, about 1/2 cup. You can mix different types of fruits for variety.
- Add another layer of yogurt, using 1/2 cup again, on top of the fruit layer.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola, approximately 1/4 cup, on top of the yogurt layer for added texture and crunch.
- Repeat the layers, starting with another 1/2 cup of yogurt, followed by 1/2 cup of fruits, and finish with more yogurt if desired.
- Top off the parfait with a sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of honey for sweetness if desired.
- Serve immediately while the granola remains crunchy.
