Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until wilted.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve the beef and spinach mixture over a bed of the cooked egg noodles. Enjoy!
