Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until wilted.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve the beef and spinach mixture over a bed of the cooked egg noodles. Enjoy!
