Greek Salad with Olives

Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, diced
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- feta cheese for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion. Toss gently to mix them evenly.
- Add the kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Garnish with additional feta cheese if desired and serve immediately.
