Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 pieces)
- Honey (1/2 cup)
- Mustard (1/4 cup)
- Yellow rice (1 package, typically 8-10 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of mustard until well combined.
- Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the yellow rice according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the honey mustard chicken over a bed of yellow rice, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
