Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken breast (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste) (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (julienned)
- 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Add sliced chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add marinated chicken.
- Stir-fry the chicken until it is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Add sliced onion and julienned carrot to the skillet and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
