  • 500 grams chicken breast (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste) (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (julienned)
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add marinated chicken.
  4. Stir-fry the chicken until it is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add sliced onion and julienned carrot to the skillet and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions and sesame oil, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
