Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  3. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring it to a simmer. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  4. Stir in the chopped parsley and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  5. Serve the Lemon Garlic Shrimp with lemon wedges and crusty bread on the side to soak up the delicious sauce.
