Ingredients
- as needed Olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1 sheet Parchment paper
- as needed Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 3 Potato (cooked and halved)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place shredded mozzarella cheese on the parchment paper.
- Place half of a cooked potato on top of the cheese and smash it with a glass.
- Drizzle more olive oil over the smashed potato and season with salt and crushed red pepper to taste.
- Add more shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the process five more times with the remaining potato halves.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
