Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients: 1 pound of salmon fillets, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of dried dill weed, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a medium baking dish with non-stick spray or a little oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and lemon juice until well combined.
- Drizzle the butter and lemon mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle the dried dill weed, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the salmon, adjusting the seasoning to your taste.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the salmon warm, and enjoy your meal!
