Sheet Pan Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion (finely diced)
- 1 medium Bell pepper (finely diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- 500 grams Lean ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Finely dice the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Squeeze out the water from the diced vegetables and add them to the lean ground chicken along with coriander and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients well until the mixture changes color.
- Add the mixture to a greased sheet pan, spread it out, and divide it into eight kebabs using a spatula.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown and juicy.
- Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing the ingredients on screen with a splash of water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve by adding some garlic sauce to a Lebanese wrap with two chicken kebabs, your salad of choice, and more garlic sauce.
