Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 sheet Nori (seaweed) (cut into strips)
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (toasted)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Serve the rice in a bowl and garnish with nori strips.
