Sizzling Beef Stir-Fry with Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add water and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
