Sweet and Salty Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, raw cashews, dry roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, and dark chocolate chips.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the nut and fruit mixture and sprinkle the sea salt evenly on top.
- Using a large spoon or spatula, gently toss all ingredients together until the maple syrup and sea salt are evenly distributed, coating the nuts and dried fruits.
- Store the trail mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
