Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, raw cashews, dry roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, and dark chocolate chips.
  2. Drizzle the maple syrup over the nut and fruit mixture and sprinkle the sea salt evenly on top.
  3. Using a large spoon or spatula, gently toss all ingredients together until the maple syrup and sea salt are evenly distributed, coating the nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Store the trail mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
